• Sensei Bear goes to Liverpool

  Sensei Bear having been promised a trip to the Isle of Man was upset to be left on the docks as Sensei Amy went on to party with her friends . We checked out Liverpool One shopping again. Eating at Cafe Rouge – poulet and pomme frites (chicken &chips),whay hay! Got home at eight (shattered).

  Sensei Milly is taking Sensei Bear for a little road trip with her family. He’s already had his photograph taken along with all the other Senseis and is feeling part of the karate family.

  Well, he’s been up to lots over this last week!

  Sensei Bear has been to Land’s End – yes all that way, at the most western point of England! It was a little cloudy and rainy as you can see in the photo but it then the sunshine came out and it was glorious!

  Sensei Milly was let loose on the unsuspecting members of optimal Ju jitsu club Wakefield . Although she sustained some battle scars and with great effort to play nice, left a great impression.
